Welcome to demoforge ("we", "us", or "our"). We are a company incorporated under the laws of the United States, with our registered address at 123 Demo Street, San Francisco, CA 94105. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered interactive demo creation platform ("Service"), available at demoforge.tech ("Website").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

demoforge provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to create interactive product demonstrations. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as detailed in Section 7.
Use of the Service requires creating an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
We offer subscription plans to access the Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time.
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you explicitly authorize demoforge to charge your payment method for the corresponding subscription fees on a recurring basis. This recurring authorization remains effective until you cancel your subscription.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. We will send notice before annual subscription renewals.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). If required by applicable law, we will collect and remit these taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through either:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We will send a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Send refund requests to refunds@demoforge.tech with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for refund. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI content generated from your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose permitted under Section 10.
By submitting content to our Service ("Input Content"), you grant demoforge a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
Our Service uses third-party AI model providers, including Flux and OpenAI, to generate demo step descriptions and content. Output Content may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output Content before relying on it.

Enforcement & reporting: Violations are handled with graduated actions up to account termination and quota forfeiture, as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. To report violating content, email report@demoforge.tech; reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.
⚠️ AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before acting on AI content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, demoforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in suspected fraud, or if required by law. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, you will receive a pro-rata refund for unused prepaid amounts. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@demoforge.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact legal@demoforge.tech to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
